What kind of education does Trade Secrets Academy provide?
TSA provides both self-paced and live Forex and Crypto training.
Where are the Trade Secrets Academy courses located?
You can access all TSA courses by logging into www.tradesecretsacademy.com
How much does the Trade Secrets Academy membership cost?
TSA’s Full Access Membership is $179/month. There are additional features you may add on for an additional price.
Does Trade Secrets Academy offer a mentorship program?
Yes. TSA members will be able to purchase private coaching packages with specific Educators for an additional fee.
What market will I learn to trade?
TSA provides education on trading all major and minor currencies (Forex), cryptocurrencies, commodities (gold), and indices (us30).
What is the minimum amount required to open a trading account?
There is no amount required to open a demo account. However, when opening a live trading account, the minimum deposit is based off of the broker you choose.

When will I receive a payout once someone signs up through my affiliate link?
We pay our affiliates bi-weekly, every other week.
How do I receive funds from affiliate program?
After becoming an affiliate, you will fill out a form which states which way you’d like to receive payments. You have the options of CashApp or Zelle. We might have more ways to payout later. You will find this form in the “Affiliate Resources'' option in the top menu on www.tradesecretsacademy.com. Once selected, scroll to the bottom of the page and select “Preferred Payout Method”.
My referral accidentally signed up without using my Affiliate link, how can I fix this?

How do I send in a support ticket?
Once inside of our Discord channel, you can create a ticket using the #support channel. This will open a private text channel between you and a TSA Support Team member. In addition, if you do not need immediate help, you can send an email to [email protected]
I would like a refund.
Trade Secrets Academy offers a 3-day refund policy for new member sign ups. Any request outside of the 3-day window will not be processed. In order to request a refund please send a support ticket through our #support channel in Discord, or send an email to [email protected]
I would like to cancel my membership.
Inside of your www.tradesecretsacademy.com account, there will be an option to cancel your membership as a student of TSA.
How do I update my credit card information?
Login in your TSA account, go to your profile settings and you will see the option to update your payment information.
How do I change my email address?
Login to your TSA account and click on profile. If you change your email let us know because it will be attached to your entry to our community. Email [email protected] with the new information or create a support ticket in our Discord community.
I forgot my Trade Secrets Academy password.
Select “Forgot Password?” on the TSA login page and follow all prompts.
How do I submit my MT4 account number?
Login to your account at www.tradesecretsacademy.com. Once logged in, select “MT4 Account Submission” in the top menu. Complete all fields and submit.
How long does it take for my MT4 account number to become active to use indicators?
Please allow 24-48 hours for activation, although it may be sooner.
How do I access TSA indicators?
When you submit your MT4 account number, you will receive an email containing the link for the TSA indicators. It is suggested that you create a folder on your desktop for the indicators and download them all to have them readily available, even if you do not need them now.
My indicators aren’t working, what should I do?
Send an email to [email protected] and allow 24-48 hrs for a response.. You may also create a ticket in our #support channel in the TSA Discord community.
TSA DISCORD SERVER FAQs
How do I access the Trade Secrets Academy Discord server?
You can find the invitation link to join Discord on www.tradesecretsacademy.com. It will also be in multiple welcome emails.
I only have access to the #landing channel in the TSA server, I can’t see any other channel.
In order to gain access to our TSA discord community, you must select “I Agree” for the disclaimer in the #landing channel.
How do I change my profile name for the Trade Secrets Academy server?
Select “user profile settings” near your profile picture. Select “Profile”, then “Server Profiles”. Be sure to select “Trade Secrets Academy Server”. This will allow you to display your full name in our server but hide it in other servers. Type in your full name in the “nickname” section and hit “Save”.
How do I turn on desktop notifications?
Click on the TSA server drop down menu and select “Notifications Setting” with the bell icon. Select “all messages”.
How do I turn on mobile push notifications?
Click on the TSA server drop down menu and select “Notifications Setting” with the bell icon. Select “all messages”. Then scroll down and select “turn on mobile push notifications”. If on a mobile device, you may have to go into your phone's “app settings” and be sure your “discord” app notifications are set to your preference.
How do I send in a support ticket?
Enter the #support channel. There is a button labeled “create ticket” with an envelope icon. Once you click on that button, a private channel between you and a support team agent will appear. Select that private channel and ask any questions or concerns you may have.
Why can’t I talk on the live streams?
In order to control noise and create a conducive learning environment, only educators and staff are allowed to speak. However, all students may communicate in the chat box.
I can’t hear anything in the live voice channels.
If you cannot hear anything, be sure you haven’t “deafened” yourself. To do this, make sure the headphones icon next to your name is not crossed out. If so, simply click on the headphones icon. If you continue to have this problem, force close discord completely and reenter.
How do I send a discord invite to a potential guest?
To send an invite, locate the “invite” above the channels list. You can either copy the link or send in a message.
What channels do I have access to as a guest in discord?
As a guest, you have access to our free channels. This includes the #news and #support text channels, plus the #public-news voice channel.
What channels do I have access to as a Trade Secrets Academy member?
As a TSA member, you have access to the #news, #support, #student-community, #chart-markups, #trade-ideas, #academy-calender, #rules, and the #mt4-account-submissions channel.
